  1. Wow!!
Toko, let me tell you, you are so good to be true!!
Thanks a lot for this wonderful album; Now I wanna give it a try together with the first one, and try to find out why that one is your favourite instead of "Pink World".
To me both albums are great, but always liked this one more...!!
Anyway, thanks again for this lovely Silver Rain that brings so much joy and happiness every week...At least to me..;)

    Peace!

  3. You should really listen through the first album without "Tranquility base" and "Ruby". These were not on the original LP. I have a playlist for the original album (which I forgot to include in the upload). It's not that the CD bonus tracks are bad, they were just not part of the original concept...

As far as "Pink World" being better or not, I bought the first LP in 1983 and special ordered the pink CD around 1995 so the first album just made more impact for a much longer period of time. But I just love "This Perfect Place"...

  4. Not wanting to discredit "Pink World" but I find it a bit long winded and the story a bit arti-ficial (pun intended).

Thank you so much for posting this! I've owned the cassette version for years, and was so disappointed to find that it is not available on CD. It's such a great album!

One thing, though. I'm having trouble with Track 15 "This Perfect Place." It won't open, and I've tried two different extraction programs. I haven't noticed anyone else mentioning this, so maybe it's just the programs I'm using. Everything else extracted fine.

Again, thank you so very much for this!

    Hi!

I'm using Extract Now and 7-Zip File Manager on a Windows machine.

Is Track 15 split? If so, it looks like I'm having trouble joining the two halves. I get the error on Track 15 from both parts of the file.

    Thanks for any advice!

  8. The split may be at track 15 but the parts are normally unrarred together. We all use winrar (see www.winrar.com) without any trouble.
